The Raixa estate, located in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, measures around 520,000 m2 in area, 4,500 m2 of which is buildings while the rest is a variety of gardens, croplands and forest. The estate boasts impressive, majestic gardens with lush vegetation mainly consisting of pines and cypresses. The gardens feature picturesque architecture including a manmade grotto, a neo-Arab lookout point, a hermitage and a neoclassical temple which give the estate elements that evoke the past. Before entering it, at the peak of the gardens is a large stone staircase. Inside the estate has all kinds of rooms, halls, alcoves, wine cellars and even stables.
